To make the list, each model has to have had popular showings in films, advertising or other campaigns. While J-Lo’s mountainous rear has earned her enough of a following that she’s rumored to have insured it for $27 million, and Kim Kardashian’s celebrated rump has people wondering whether she’s paid to perfect it, our top 10 ass models list is filled with women whose celebrity comes purely from their one glorious ass-et. Sadly, that disqualifies Victoria's Secret Angels.

Kari Byron

Her first taste of fame: modeling her ass to create a 3-D model for the majority of a Mythbusters shows on Discovery Channel. Her ass grabbed her fans, which she translated into a modeling stint for FHM magazine. Ultimately, Kari Byron turned her success around so that eyes saw more of her face than her butt, as a regular host on Mythbusters. In return, Dimitrova won a modeling contract with Sloggi for their international advertising campaign, and an insurance policy for one year on her butt. If she can avoid sitting on hot oven tops or getting welts playing paintball, her breadbasket stands a good chance of churning out plenty of bread for years to come.

You may have glimpsed her ass as a lingerie model for FHM magazine in 2002. After that, you couldn’t escape it.
