THE STRUGGLE TO BE SKINNY In this superficial world of anorexic women models setting ‘the standard’ for how women should look, is there room for healthy full-figured women to attract their husbands and let other women know that a natural body is beautiful? -
There are women who are not obese and yet they do not qualify to be models as they are still not thin enough. Society, the media and many fashion companies put pressure on women to be as thin as possible and this is not right. Fuller women can still look very sexy and attractive in plus size lingerie and they should be proud of how they look when wearing lingerie
The sad thing is that this type of pressure can cause women to do weird things to their bodies such develop anorexic and bulimic behavior. Some women have done irreparable damage to their
bodies in attempt to look as thin as possible. Friends have encouraged these women and family members gain weight, as they look unhealthily thin.
Some people are overweight for reasons other than overeating and the converse applies as well, some people are very thin but not due to the fact that they eat too little. Some women have incredibly quick metabolisms and they are able to eat what they like and they will still be very thin. Fuller women should not feel that they have to look like these thinner women just to be sexy in plus sized lingerie
There are dangers associated with being too thin and women need to be aware of this. Being too thin can bring about a host of other problems with it. Women can experience menstrual irregularities when they are below normal weight. Another symptom of this is anemia or signs of vitamin deficiency. People who are vitamin deficient are usually malnourished and this is often as a
result of being below normal weight.
Women who are very thin will have bones protruding and palpable through their skin and apart from being unhealthy it does not look good at all. Body weight that is less than 15 percent of ideal weight is far too thin. These are some of the dangers that are associated with trying to be too thin.Magazines are full of stories about people who are trying to lose weight and many of them are public figures. Many experts believe that the underweight problem is equally problematic as the
obesity problem. Apparently close to 50 million Americans are underweight and 5 percent of all deaths in the country are related to being underweight. As many as 17% of the population is more
than twenty five percent underweight. One wonders how these figures would be different if there was not so much pressure on young women to be thin just so that they can wear Lingerie

Is Sexy Lingerie An Essential Must Have For American Women Today?
Unlike 50 years ago, women in America do not seem to be quite as obsessed with sexy lingerie as they used to be. This is because much of the pomp and circumstance that women would put up with at the beginning to mid 20th century has gone the way of the homemaker.
Back in the day, however, women used to always wear sexy lingerie. From garter belts that held up silk stockings (particularly the kind with the lines running up the back) to elaborate satin robes that had beautiful beadwork and detailed embroidery, women old enough to be our grandmothers took pride in wearing their sexy lingerie. Today, women will go to sleep wearing their husbands old boxer shorts and a tee shirt, but back then, things were much different.
So what changed so much in the last 40 to 50 years that caused women to stray away from sexy lingerie? Many people point to the womens rights movement as the tipping point. Instead of buying sexy lingerie, women of the 1960s and 1970s were burning their bras in protest, demanding equal rights, equal wages and equal opportunities. Somewhere during all of that protesting, sexy lingerie sort of lost its place.
However, sexy lingerie is starting to make a comeback these days as women begin to realize that being equal does not mean that you have to wear the same kind of clothes as your husband in the bedroom and beyond. Sexy lingerie that can be worn to the office, such as fishnet stockings, is starting to see a rise in popularity. Although most women do not own embroidered and elaborate bathrobes, many do own matching bra and panty sets that can be considered sexy lingerie.
Sexy lingerie is also seeing a comeback because of certain Hollywood stars that are bringing sexy back. One very good example is Dita Von Teese who is absolutely gorgeous and has always looked flawless whenever she is photographed outside of her house. Although she used to be married to Marilyn Manson, she has made herself famous for being such an awesome icon in the fashion industry.
Additionally, she often talks in magazine interviews about how she loves to wear sexy lingerie to bed. Dita Von Teese does not wear sexy lingerie to bed on special occasions only, she wears sexy lingerie to bed every single night! If she can do it, the rest of us can too.

74% of men indicated that they notice women because of their hair.
44% of men surveyed said that hair is the first thing they notice about a woman, more than her clothes (26%), legs (25%), or makeup (4%), and most men surveyed would be more likely to approach a woman at a bar with great hair than a woman wearing a low-cut shirt.
82% of men indicated that sexy hair is a key element to a woman's overall sex appeal.
60% of men surveyed say they would rather date a woman with great hair than a woman with big breasts.
78% of men surveyed consider healthy hair to be a turn-on.
But wait...I thought we were taught that we can have it all! Love and a career. Great hair and great boobs! Now we have to choose?
